Security
Last updated: October 19, 2026
3SixtyCRM is a hosted CRM operated by Binary Ideas. We use managed cloud services and application access controls to protect customer workspaces.
Workspace access
Authenticated sessions, server-side membership checks, and database access rules restrict workspace data. Authorized operators and infrastructure providers process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Administrators should review membership and permissions and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Google Calendar credentials
Google access and refresh tokens are stored in server-only Firestore records. Browser clients cannot read those records. The server uses the tokens to check availability and maintain Google copies of CRM bookings over HTTPS. Disconnecting deletes the saved credentials and connection record and attempts to revoke access at Google.
Operational limitations
No system can guarantee absolute security or continuous availability. Protect your credentials, review integration permissions, and report suspected unauthorized access to us. For important appointments, confirm availability if a calendar connection is unavailable or requires reconnection.
